Xavier MODOUX is a Swiss-trained ceramicist, who graduated from the Ecole des Arts Décoratifs in Geneva and then the Haute Ecole des Arts Appliquées. Upon his graduation and 8 years of formal and conceptual training, he went on to become the inaugural studio director and technical advisor for the Ateliers Céramique in Carouge, Switzerland. During this time, he worked with renowned international artists and the triennial festival, Parcours Céramique.
